Booking & Access

How booking works, how flexible the schedule is, and when you can be in the building.

How do I book a studio?

All bookings run through Vagaro. After you tour the building and create your Vagaro account, you can browse studio availability and book online from your phone or laptop.

Can I book same day?

Yes. You can book online up to 15 minutes before a session, and up to 60 days in advance. Same-day bookings are common for practitioners with repeat clients.

What are your hours?

Standard practitioner access is 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. Expanded access from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM is available upon request for practitioners with earlier or later clients.

Pricing & Memberships

How the hourly model works and what memberships unlock.

How much does it cost?

Studio access starts as low as $15 per hour through memberships, with a standard rate of $18 per hour. Half-hour bookings are available. There are no leases, no long-term commitments, and no overhead on unused hours. Packages and memberships offer additional savings and benefits.

Do I have to sign a lease?

No. CGW Studios is built around hourly studio access. You only pay for the time you actually use, with no long-term commitment. You can book one hour a week or thirty hours a week. The model works the same.

What do memberships include?

Memberships unlock lower hourly rates, priority booking, and marketing benefits including graphic placements on the interior 4K displays throughout the building. Additional exposure on the exterior electronic message center sign (seen by roughly 50,000 vehicles a day per UDOT) and premium placements are available as paid add-ons.

Can I book in half-hour increments?

Yes. Half-hour bookings are available, which is useful for short consultations, touch-ups, or modalities that don't need a full hour.
