Who books Studio 4.

Studio 4 is for the practitioners whose work doesn't fit a massage table. Thai practitioners, stretch specialists, 1-on-1 yoga instructors, and somatic movement teachers all book here.

Primary Modality

Thai Massage Practitioners

Traditional Thai massage needs floor space, not a table. Studio 4 has the mats, the clearance, and the privacy for full Thai bodywork sessions.

Movement Work

Stretch Specialists

Facilitated stretching, FST, and similar modalities need the practitioner and client on the same level. Studio 4 is built for that geometry.

1-on-1 Yoga

Private Yoga Instructors

For yoga instructors teaching 1-on-1 or small private sessions. Full props provided. The scale matches the work.

Somatic Work

Somatic Movement Teachers

Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, somatic experiencing, and similar modalities that move between positions and need open floor space.

Bodywork

Myofascial Release Practitioners

When the work involves full-body positioning and movement, the table gets in the way. Studio 4 removes that constraint.

PT Adjuncts

Physical Therapy & Rehab

For rehab and corrective work that needs to happen on the floor with props. A quiet, private environment for focused 1-on-1 sessions.

Answers

Studio 4 (Thai) questions.

The most common questions practitioners ask specifically about Studio 4 (Thai).

Why doesn't Studio 4 have a massage table?

Because the work that happens in Studio 4 doesn't use one. Thai massage, facilitated stretching, 1-on-1 yoga, and somatic movement all happen on the floor with props. A table would take up the room those modalities need.

What props and equipment are provided?

Thai massage mats, yoga blocks, bolsters, straps, and belts. The floor is cushioned and the room is warm. You bring your own personal tools or client-specific supplies.

Can I teach a small group yoga class in Studio 4?

Studio 4 is sized for 1-on-1 work. For group yoga classes, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, or other group events, the 900 square foot Yoga Studio is the right space.

How much does it cost to book Studio 4?

As low as $15 per hour with a membership, with a standard rate of $18 per hour. Half-hour bookings are also available. No lease, no long-term commitment.
