For Coaches & Hypnotherapists ยท Orem

A professional home for your coaching practice.

Quiet, private studios in Orem for coaching, hypnotherapy, foot zoning, and talk-based modalities. Two recliners, soft light, and the kind of room clients settle into.

The Honest Reality

Why the home office stopped working.

Most coaches in Utah County start from home. It works until it doesn't. Here's what usually pushes practitioners out of the spare bedroom.

01

The constant interruption

Kids, pets, delivery drivers, partners coming home mid-session. Every interruption breaks the frame you're building with the client. You feel it even when they don't say anything.

02

The professional line

Clients walking into your home see your life. For deep coaching or hypnotherapy, that intimacy can undermine the container instead of strengthening it.

03

The rate ceiling

Clients pay more for the same work in a professional space than they do in a home office. Most coaches don't realize this until they switch.

The Model

A smarter way to run your practice.

No leases. No long-term commitments. Just a professional space you can book when you need it, and pay for only the hours you actually use.

Book by the hour

Pay for an hour or a half-hour. The rate goes with the time, not a lease.

Same-day availability

Book as late as 15 minutes before your session. Last-minute client? No problem.

Up to 60 days ahead

Plan out a full schedule or scale up when your client base starts to build.

Only pay for what you use

No overhead on hours you're not booked. Keep your margins where they belong.

Pricing

Book Studio 3 starting at $15 an hour.

As low as $15 per hour with a membership. $18 per hour standard rate. Half-hour bookings available.

For a coaching practice seeing 5 to 25 clients a week, hourly access typically runs $300 to $1,800 a month. Compare that to a full suite lease at $800 to $1,500 a month and the flexibility wins every time.

Common Questions

Coaching practice questions.

The questions coaches and hypnotherapists ask most before they book a tour.

Is Studio 3 really built for coaching, not massage?

Yes. Studio 3 has no massage table. It's equipped with two comfortable recliners, a small work table, and additional seating. It's designed specifically for conversation-based and reclined modalities like coaching, hypnotherapy, foot zoning, and talk therapy.

Can I do hypnotherapy in Studio 3?

Yes. The recliners are well suited for hypnotherapy sessions. The room is quiet and private, and sound machines throughout the building add an extra layer of privacy, which matters for the depth of relaxation hypnotherapy requires.

What about confidentiality and sound privacy?

Studio 3 is a private, fully enclosed studio with a closed door. Sound machines throughout the building add privacy between studios. Most coaches find it quieter and more contained than their home office was.

Can I bring my own materials, worksheets, or recordings?

Yes. Bring whatever fits your specific approach: worksheets, intake forms, journals, audio recordings, essential oils, anything that supports your work. You take materials with you between sessions.

How many hours should I book to start?

Start with exactly your current weekly load. If you see 8 coaching clients a week, book 8 hours. You only pay for what you use, so there's no benefit to reserving extra hours you don't need.

Can I do both coaching and bodywork sessions if I'm dual-licensed?

Yes. You can book Studio 3 for coaching and any of the treatment studios (Studios 1, 2, 5) for bodywork sessions, switching between them as your schedule demands.
