Yoga studios that won't host
Most established yoga studios in Orem and Provo only rent to yoga teachers or decline sound baths and ceremonies for brand fit or liability reasons. The spaces exist but aren't available for the work you do.
A 900 square foot open studio for group yoga, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, and breathwork. A smaller private studio for Thai massage, stretch work, and 1-on-1 yoga. Both booked by the hour.
Yoga teachers, stretch specialists, and ceremony facilitators all face the same issue: most venues for rent don't actually work for the work.
Most established yoga studios in Orem and Provo only rent to yoga teachers or decline sound baths and ceremonies for brand fit or liability reasons. The spaces exist but aren't available for the work you do.
Strip mall storefronts and community rooms rarely have the acoustic isolation, lighting control, or privacy that ceremonies and group work require. Sound leaks in and out. Participants feel it.
Thai massage, FST, and 1-on-1 yoga all need floor space with props. Most studios only rent treatment rooms with tables, not table-free floor spaces built for movement work.
CGW Studios supports both sides of the movement community: 1-on-1 practitioners who need a private floor studio, and group facilitators who need a real venue for classes and events.
Thai massage practitioners, stretch specialists, and private yoga instructors who need a smaller table-free floor studio with mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. Studio 4 is built for exactly this.
Private session workYoga instructors hosting group classes, workshops, and teacher trainings. The 900 square foot Yoga Studio comfortably holds 15 to 20 participants with props already in the room.
Group classesSound bath leaders, cacao ceremony hosts, breathwork guides, and meditation teachers running guided group experiences. The Yoga Studio is private, with sound machines throughout the building for added privacy, designed for this kind of work.

Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps are already in both the Yoga Studio and Studio 4. You bring your own music and anything ceremony-specific.
Both studios are private and enclosed. Sound machines throughout the building add an extra layer of privacy. Sound baths, breathwork, and ceremonies stay contained without the loudest moments bleeding into the rest of the building.
The Yoga Studio is the only open-format space at CGW Studios. 900 square feet of uninterrupted floor, natural light, and enough room for the formats group practitioners actually run.
Natural daylight plus adjustable lighting for evening events and ceremonies. You can set the tone for the experience.
Your participants arrive at a welcoming front desk and wait in the plant-filled lobby before your session. The experience starts before they reach your room.
Free parking for participants, which matters when you're running events for 15 to 20 people. No frustrated arrivals, no missing the start of your session.
No leases. No long-term commitments. Just a professional space you can book when you need it, and pay for only the hours you actually use.
Pay for an hour or a half-hour. The rate goes with the time, not a lease.
Book as late as 15 minutes before your session. Last-minute client? No problem.
Plan out a full schedule or scale up when your client base starts to build.
No overhead on hours you're not booked. Keep your margins where they belong.
Studio 4 (Thai): $15 to $18 per hour. Yoga Studio (group): $50 per hour.
Studio 4 is priced the same as the other 1-on-1 studios because it's the same kind of private session work. The 900 square foot Yoga Studio is priced differently because it's a different product, built for groups and events. Multi-hour and full-day bookings can be arranged for both.
The questions yoga teachers and movement practitioners ask most before they book a tour.
Studio 4 (Thai) is a smaller private studio with an open floor for 1-on-1 movement work: Thai massage, stretching, private yoga, somatic work. The Yoga Studio is a standalone 900 square foot open-format space for group classes and events: group yoga, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, meditation, workshops.
Comfortably 15 to 20 for yoga classes, 12 to 15 for sound baths and ceremonies where participants need space to lie down with buffer. More for workshops with chairs or standing formats.
Yes. The Yoga Studio is specifically built for group experiences including sound baths, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, meditation, and workshops. The space is quiet, insulated, and set up to hold that kind of work.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps are provided in both the Yoga Studio and Studio 4. You bring your own music, any ceremony-specific items, and anything participants need for your specific format.
Yes. Both studios support your own Bluetooth speaker or portable sound system. For larger events where amplification matters, plan on bringing equipment that matches your group size.
At $50 per hour for the Yoga Studio, a typical 2-hour booking (setup + 90 minute event + reset) costs $100. For a 15-person event at $35 per ticket, that's $525 gross minus $100 venue = $425 net before any marketing costs.
The floor, the props, the light, the acoustics. Movement work needs the right kind of room, and the only way to know is to walk it yourself.
