Hourly, not monthly
You book the hours you need. If you have three clients this week and twenty next week, your costs match your clients. Your rent never shows up when your appointments don't.
Private, professional studios starting as low as $15 an hour.
No leases. No long-term commitments. No overhead on the hours you aren't booked. This page explains exactly how it works, what you pay, and why the model is built the way it is.
The CGW Studios pricing model is built around a simple belief: you should keep more of what you earn, and the space should never be a fixed cost weighing on your business.

Practitioners who book regularly save money through memberships. The more consistent your practice, the better your rate. Memberships also include marketing benefits on our interior displays.
If you're scaling up and want predictable hours, packages let you buy a block of hours at a discount. Use them when you need them, up to 60 days in advance.
Never a lease. Never a chair rental contract. Never a multi-month commitment. You can stop booking any time and start again whenever you're ready.
Two different types of space at CGW Studios. Two different rates. Everything you need to know in one glance.
Studios 1, 2 (Ashi), 3 (Coaching), 4 (Thai), 5, and 6 (Salon) are all priced the same. Book any of them by the hour, or in half-hour increments for shorter sessions. Memberships drop your rate and include marketing benefits. Packages are available for practitioners who want to block out hours in advance.
The 900 square foot Yoga Studio is priced differently because it's a different product. It's built for group experiences: yoga classes, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, meditation, and workshops. Room for 15 to 20 participants depending on format. Props provided. Multi-hour and full-day bookings can be arranged.
Most independent practitioners face a hard choice between a full lease they can't afford and chain employment that caps their income. Hourly studio access is a third option that changes the math.
