How many people fit in the Classroom Studio?
50 max. The studio comes set up with 38 padded ergonomic chairs plus 2 lounge chairs, so 40 seats are included with every booking. For groups over 40, contact us to arrange additional seating.
What seating and gear come with the studio?
Included with every booking: 38 padded ergonomic chairs (seat and back), 2 lounge chairs, a 72-inch flat screen with Chromecast and HDMI, whiteboards, and natural light. Massage tables and fold-out tables are available as add-ons when your format calls for them.
What does the Classroom Studio cost?
Hourly bookings are $50 per hour. The half-day rate is $250 flat for a 6-hour block. The full-day rate is $400 flat for a 12-hour block, which works out to about $33.33 per hour. The longer you book, the lower your effective hourly rate.
Is a deposit required?
Half-day and full-day bookings require a $250 deposit. Hourly bookings may require a small cleaning deposit on a case-by-case basis.
How far in advance do I book, and when can I start?
Classroom Studio bookings need 24 hours advance notice so the room is ready for your format and any add-on tables you have requested. There is no required buffer between bookings, so you set the start time that works for your class or event.
Can I run a continuing-education class here?
Yes. The Classroom Studio is built for continuing education classes, certifications, and credentialed trainings for massage therapists, estheticians, and other licensed wellness professionals.
Are massage tables and extra tables available?
Yes. 10 massage tables are available as an add-on from CGW Studios for use during classes, or you can bring your own. Fold-out tables are also available as add-ons for product layouts, paperwork stations, and practical work.
What is the difference between the Classroom Studio and the Yoga Studio?
The Classroom Studio is built for structured, seated teaching: workshops, CE classes, certifications, and presentations. The Yoga Studio is an open-format 900 square foot movement and event space for yoga, sound baths, breathwork, and ceremonies. Different formats, different rooms.
