Yoga Instructors
for Canyon Gate Wellness Studios
We are looking to employ an experienced and certified yoga instructors with knowledge of the history, philosophy, and ethics of yoga. The yoga instructor is responsible for performing yoga poses in precise and safe alignment, using the correct terminology, and safely guiding students through the flow of the practice. You should also be knowledgeable in the implementation of the chakra system and mindful meditation.
To ensure success as a yoga instructor, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build relationships, as well as lead yoga sessions. Your passion for health and wellness, coupled with knowledge of the anatomy of the human body and physiology, will ensure success.
Yoga Instructor Requirements:
- Certified with at least 200 yoga training
- The art of teaching the Vinyasa Flow.
- Knowledge of the Chakra System, Pranayama, mantra and mindful meditation.
- Commitment to the health and wellbeing of each student and the community as a whole.
- Find a subsiutue teacher if unable to attend teach
Yoga Instructor Responsibilities:
- Be to the studio at least 10 minutes ahead of class time
- Register, check in, and out all class attendees
- Conduct and lead yoga classes.
- Visually assess students to determine their level of practice.
- Assist students to achieve precise alignment.
- Demonstrate practice and techniques.
- Possess the ability to move energy through the body.
- Transform energy during the warm-up, build-up and cool-down stages.
- Motivate students with words of encouragement.
- Safely connect with students during the yoga classes through fun, intelligent sequencing.
- Offer training recommendations to improve the practice of yoga.
- Engage in administrative, class and community duties.
- Help students sanatize and put away all yoga equipment used in the class
- General clean up and sanitzation of studio following clas

Massage Therapists
for Canyon Gate Wellness Studios
We are looking to employ experienced and certified massage therapists with a passion for client wellness, compassion and building our community.
Massage Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Performs professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable).
- Designs specific sessions based on members or guests’ individual needs.
- Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Creates excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Performs hot stone, deep muscle, or prenatal therapy, based on appropriate training and minimum clinic education hours.
- Utilizes other approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
- Communicates various promotions to clients.
- Follows all practice policies and protocols.
- Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).
- Completes Wellness Chart documentation accurately and completely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Massage Therapist Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
Adherence to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Massage License
Knowledge of and experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities
Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position
